The Appraisal Institute conducts a mandatory program of continuing education for its designated members. MAI's and RM's who meet the minimum standards of this program are awarded periodic educational certification. Philip E. Paulk, MAI is currently under this program through December 31, 2017.

A Certificate of Completion for the Valuation of Conservation Easements Certificate Program, as offered by the American Society of Appraisers, the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and the Appraisal Institute and endorsed by the Land Trust Alliance. This certificate indicates that I have completed the Valuation of Conservation Easements educational requirements and passed the examination. January 14-18, 2008 Tallahassee, Florida.
